Travel

Located approximately 25–30 miles from Margaritaville Resort Orlando, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest and most convenient airport for most attendees. The drive typically takes 30–40 minutes under normal traffic conditions, with travel times increasing during morning and evening rush hours or periods of heavy theme park traffic. The most common routes follow State Road 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay) or Interstate 4 (I-4) toward Kissimmee. Rideshare services (Uber and Lyft), rental cars, taxis, and private shuttle providers are readily available from the airport. While the resort does not offer complimentary airport shuttle service, the concierge can assist guests with arranging transportation if needed.

Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) is located northeast of Orlando, approximately 45–50 miles from Margaritaville Resort Orlando. The drive generally takes 55–75 minutes depending on traffic. Travelers arriving at Sanford typically use rental cars or rideshare services, as transportation options are more limited than at MCO. The route generally follows Interstate 4 westbound toward the Walt Disney World area before exiting near U.S. Highway 192 and Margaritaville Resort Orlando. Although Sanford offers a quieter airport experience, it is farther from the Disney and convention corridor than Orlando International Airport.

For guests driving to the resort, Margaritaville Resort Orlando is conveniently located at 8000 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee, Florida 34747, just off U.S. Highway 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) near Walt Disney World Resort. Visitors traveling via Interstate 4 can access the resort using Exit 64 (U.S. 192 West) or nearby exits depending on their direction of travel. The resort's location provides easy access to Central Florida's major highways while placing guests within minutes of Walt Disney World Resort, approximately 20–25 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, and about 30 minutes from downtown Orlando. Complimentary self-parking is included for your conference attendees under the group agreement, making driving a convenient option for local and regional participants
